Had a rough couple days, my Aunt Flow came in and hcg is hard 2 follow. I have lost 2 pounds but not reached my goal of 200 but Thursday. But on the positive side I am down 43 pounds all 2gether and 34 more 2 go. Vacation 4 the next week so I guess I should say 40 more.

2 cheats meals last week so trying my best to keep it clean till Branson vacation then 1000 cal. a day. My husband is my worst enemy when it comes to dieting

went to the mall eat at Ryan's but took my own dressing and eat healthy :)

I did great today tell I went to Sam's club with my Husband... dang taste testing. My 13 month old wanted 2 taste everything. I do so much better in a controlled environment. I had already blow it so I had 2 slices of pizza for dinner. So now I'm sure I have slowed down my goal for a few days but back on it when I wake up and note to self send my Husband to Sam's and the grocery store for the next month!!

It is no fair when u follow such a HARD diet so well and u drop like a half a pound!! Frustrated but not giving up!!
