Losing 3.5 kg a Week
25 February 2016
Well I woke up with enough energy to clean my house and made time to get a workout and some weights in. Huge change for me. One week into the LCHFIF diet.. Getting stronger but my mind is weakening lol. I want to lick the damn tv screen when I see a pizza commercial.. I HAVE to remember to eat until I'm SATISFIED. Have to fine tune that feeling know that I can stop at any point. Have to think deficit.. Blood sugars were all over 100 today. Not much over

Losing 1.7 kg a Week

Might be a little harder than I thought. This type 2 diabetes will NOT claim me! I have to keep moving forward. It seems like the more I eat, the hungrier I get. Maybe add more protein. Having to maintain blood sugar levels of 70-100 is going to take some work, but it has to be done. So I say to myself, SELF..... You can do this! The workout video is a challenge right now, but will get easier, and walking 5 times a week is going to help as well. Break out the scales and track this. YOU CAN DO THIS!
