Last night I went home, ate, and slept the whole night. I didn't get to meal prep at all. I've learned that I hate having cold foods and that I hate cooking foods the morning of and having it sweat. But it's the little things, I can get past it. Today was slightly better day in terms of eating. Gotta eat less rice though. I'm working on maintaining 2000 calories a day and slowly go down for the weight loss. I feel like it's easier to maintain that way. I also need to focus more on not eating out so much either and making my own meals. Tomorrow is a new day to strive to be better and focus on my kinks.

Due to lack of meal prepping and laziness in the morning I went out and bought lunch instead. I think I'm gonna be a little smarter and start meal prepping tonight. I lost a ton of weight before I don't know what's stopping me now. However, I do get hungry often so I will implement drinking water a lot more often and religiously tracking my calories. My goal is in two months to be down at least 25 pounds. Tomorrow is a better day and a new day to start eating things better for my body.
