Soooooo, Summer was bad for me. Very stressful. We had to move homes, no little notice. I didn't follow my diet/ workout plan. Everything with to the wastside over the last 4 months. Well I'm picking up my pieces of life. (Healthy eating choice to) I though about just starting over on here, But I though past record would help motovate me.

I fall off the wagon the last past 2 week, between my daughter b-day, and then my scale broke. Got a new scale and my minds back in it! When jogging this morning and it started to rain. Totally felted wonderful. Praised Jesus for everything while on my jog.

Can get the scale to work this morning. Said I wieght 7 1/4. Hummm! Guess I not weighing in today :o(

Today is my daughter b-day. We are going to CiCi's Pizza. I going to eat the salid before the pizza. Thruday we having a skating party, that be great exerercise howevery I think I be watching all the childs, & hosting. I need to do more skating around the house
