I been not doing this for a couples of days because I miss up big the last couple of weeks. I am back on track now and working out 6 days a week.

The long weekend killed me. I finally recovering and back on track. I will do my weigh in Friday. I have gain some weight so I am hoping to lose again

Made through the first BBQ, and it didn't go as-well. I ate a lot of meat with out BBq sauce but no Veg. I have two more BBQ to go. I plan on lighten the load of my plate. I am planning on during hour work outs, Today and Monday. I will weigh in tuesday, my goal is not to gain at all.

I am hoping after the weekend to be in the 260's. I am excited for the weekend my hubby doing a big BBQ. I just happy how supportive he is of me. I am going to try and do a hour work out 7 days a week. I like how I am feeling lately. I think I more energy. I can't wait to be at my goal weight. I guess what I really want for the month of June is to keep up the good work and loss more weight. I am bigger, my large goal is 10 pounds a month. I love to come on here at the end of June a be in the 250's.

trying to find time to exercise more. I going to come home an work out for an hour. I think I at the stage now that I feel good, even through I am not eatting the things I use too.
I was really candy,cookie, cake and carbs person. Changing in to more protein and veg is different and a big change. I feel this time around that it is actually a life style change I can live with. I can now fit comfortable in the new pair I jeans I brought. I brought them 3 weeks ago and was too fat to get in them after I washed them. Now I can get in them fresh out the wash. I feeling good of myself. My husband held me last night and said, I was getting smaller. It made feel really godd. Ok off to my day
