So I quit that stupid HCG diet because I stood up and passed out one day. I guess I just can't function on five hundred calories.
Well since I quit I just ate whatever I wanted. Well I gained all the weight back in only two weeks. It sucks and now I am even more depressed. You spend that much and nothing happens. Well this time I am going to do weight watchers and stick with it. Oh yeah on a good note. I am off of my anti depressants for post partum and I feel great. I think running in the morning has made me feel better than I did taking them. I can only move up from here. I hope.

I just want to quit. I am so tired and just want to eat a carb. I am tired of meat and veggies. I feel so depressed right now. I am only going to give it another week and then I might try something else.

I was starting to get discouraged but when I weighed in today I got so more motivation. It really isn't as bad as it sounds.

I got my first injection today. It wasn't so bad. I think I will be able to do them each day. The detox part of this diet has gotten alot easier. I am actually not really hungry anymore at all. And all I eat is meat and green veggies. I am actually so motivated right now.

Today I had my first meeting at a weight loss clinic. I have caved and I am going to try this HCG diet for 45 days. I feel kind of like a failure but I would just like to lose the weight and then try to maintain it. The class started out with the dietician telling everyone how to maintain their weight loss. It was really interestin.
