Well, not sure what to say. I'm not actively trying to "diet" anymore. I AM though still abstaining from sugar and major carbs to keep my sugars down and in the normal range since I am a type 2 diabetic and was on meds for it. All I can say is I guess my body will level when its ready to?

Gosh another 2 lbs gone! Wasn't expecting that. I'm still working at staying away from the carbs that HATE me and SUGAR which REALLY hates me! Other then that I'm not counting calories or anything. Just think, one more pound and I'll be in the miracle 130's!! woot woot that would sure be something!
