Honestly I feel like this is a pound off considering that at this time of the month I’d be carrying a lot more water weight so I’ll take it.

Having my husband do the same exact plan as me (alternate day fasting) validates what I’ve been dealing with for half a year now. He has breezed through ten pounds and even though I started off weighing less he has already surpassed me. It has been so frustrating losing so slowly when I know others like him can do the same thing and lose more and quicker than me. I am happy I’m technically still on a decline with weight but this is so unfair. It really sucks.
