I stepped on a scale today and was about 137lbs. I guessed that I was around 130lbs as my start weight so chances are I was actually about 140lbs a few weeks ago. I know I have lost a half inch around my waist so far. It sure is coming off slowly! I am eating better but not excersizing. I'm going to try doing more physical activity and see if that speeds things up.

Rented an apartment today. The nice thing is that it's in town so I will be able to walk more.

Well, I decided not to move just yet but I need to get out and walk more for sure.
