I believe I have some motivation to carry me through, only time will tell. I don't want to die. At least not yet.......

I have decided to give this another go! I'm learning that I didn't really love myself and my loneliness is a great contributor to over eating. I have a lot to deal with but hope I can over come all!

I lost 6lbs without even trying! I don't understand my body at all!
Well nonetheless, this week will be a workout week and a new state of mind week! I'm starting off well.
