On my trip to lowering my blood pressure and changing my diet. I've realized I'm quite in love with banting pizza and vegetarian dishes.

I haven't been on here for the longest time. I binged on diet pills and thought I had it all under control. 2 weeks ago I finally quit the diet pills and am trying to get some structure in my life.
Now work is so insanely hectic I'm comfort eating and suddenly have high blood pressure (never been an issue before) so from today I decided I'm managing my stress through exercise and yoga. Changing my diet and lifestyle because I'm choosing change instead of medication and here I am 🤷♀️
