Played one day of our 2 day club golf championship. Did ok, now I hope to hang in there and possibly even win the darn thing. Sticking to my diet has been good so far but heading out to dins at friends' tonight so will likely be challenged. I intend to stick to my guns as my 150 target is in sight!!

Will be seeing my doctor for annual near month's end so am more motivated now as I will have to get on the scales. Would love to surprise her and myself!! Walking the golf course 5 days a week lately - tiring but paying off I think. Now that swim season is here, maybe a swim now and then would help...

Am now walking the golf course 3 - 5 times per week. Gardening the other times and of course, line dancing once a week. Yes, it's paying off and it's pretty much pleasurable!! Progress is slow but it is progress!!
