hey guys! I've been working really hard staying under my calories. not going to lie I was sore waking up this morning! today I did 30 minute workout. and 15 minute bike ride. and a deep stretch. I'll be treating myself to an Epson bath tonight! I'm feeling really good about myself and I feel like I've already made progress! I think through the weekend I'll be able to make even more progress and be able to go pretty hard on my first practice! I thought I wasn't going to make it and this little time but I've actually been really proud of myself. thank you again for all your support! I'll check in later!

Hey! I've been working hard trying to get in shape. It is very difficult! I don't want to overwork my body but I want to get in shape in time. I fear two hours of conditioning is going to be really hard for me. I hope I will get but with a pod that has similar experience like me. Anyway I've been eating pretty good my step mom has been making all whole made so less preservatives! I've had steady motivation but I'm going to start pushing myself really hard this week.

Hey I just wanted to say why I have quit so many times, Basically I went through a whole bunch of depression through fall to winter And I lost a lot of my self confidence. I just needed to focus on my mental health rather than my physical health for just a bit. now I am more excited. I think I am just going to stick to just being overall healthy and to get stronger. rather than lose weight. I am fine with myself now but I want to be healthy. I am more motivated also because I am starting volleyball And I might do basketball next season all just depends. also I want to look good for this summer and my brother's wedding. at my dad's wedding I didn't look great to be honest, and I feel like that will haunt me forever. I want to look good for the summer and I want this year to be an awesome year. it's already been going pretty darn awesome! My goal is 165 but I'm fine I I lose at least 20. last time I was able to lose 13 in 3 weeks and I'm sure this time will be more enjoyable as well since I will be doing volleyball too. Thanks for the support

Today I Ran/ walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and I tried a wall sit, didn't go so well so I am going to work on that. mostly focusing on my legs and being able to be on my feet, also took a 30 minute walk in the beautiful snow. I waited till dinner to eat so I could eat big, had a burger Sweet potato and salad. 🙂 🥗🚶♀️🏃♀️🍠🍔😋
