Bad bad day today, not for food but for energy levels. I just couldnt get any get up and go today I think I was having one of those poor me days where nothing made me happy and I just craved all day for bread. I guess it could be my monthly Im not really sure But I need to snap out of it fast. I have the tredmill now in my garage and I plan to use it every morning starting tommorrow. Well enough bad energy from me, hope you all have a great weekend......Poor sad sarah lol

Good day today but no fitness today I will probably do a few sit ups before bed though. Pretty slack really but I just couldnt get any energy today and then tonight I got my monthly suprise that us woman get and realised it must be that, cause Ive been eating the same stuff and the other days I was fine, but tommorrow I am just gonna have to push myself to go for a walk. Well keep up the good work everyone.

Yesterday was a good day I am keeping on track very well. Today so far has been good Ive been busy preparing our dinner and tonight the whole family will dine atkins style Im having chicken stir fry and some prawns. Its much better when Im organized with my food, Its when Im rushed and dont have time is when the bad food starts looking more and more tempting. Cheated again today I just cant help but check the scales everyday and Im so happy cause Im down to 109kilos....hope the weight keeps falling off and for everyone else too.

Well day 4 and I must admit it was harder today as my kids had takeout, one of my many favourite sins, But I resisted and now that Im due to go to bed and Ive read a few posts I feel really good I didnt induldge with my kids. Netball was good tonight felt like i had alot more energy then normal and my feet for the first time in a longtime didnt hurt afterwards. I also had my sisterinlaw notice my weightloss, that motivates me even more to know that people are noticing. My partner has been noticing it a lot too and hes encouraging which helps me the most. well keep on dieting people and talk to you all tommorow.

Day three and feeling good and yessssssssssss I can now fit my wedding rings with comfort.
when I bought my rings a month ago They were tight and I couldnt get them all the way up.
All these small things are keeping my positive attitude towards diets strong.
Im gonna start sit ups tonight not to many to start with as Ill probley die but slowly I will add on more.......How funny Im starting to get excited about exercising never thought that would happen but when you start to see and feel the kilos fall off you just cant help but get excited.
