Scale is still stuck at the same weight, but not getting discouraged! Took some much needed advice from my buddy, LucyM and switched up my walking path and routine! I walked 5 miles today! A new personal record! So excited! Inspired me to finally update my blog with a new post. Even if the scale doesn't move tomorrow, I know I am doing better than I EVER have! I can live with that (for now) ;)

Goodnight FS friends! This girl will sleep well tonight!!!

Need to refocus this upcoming week. The scale has slowed to a halt. Grrr... Will start off tomorrow with a walk in the morning and a smoothie.

WOOHOO! YAY! It's coming back down! If I keep this up, I might just say that losing weight is fun! Love the feeling of eating healthier and moving more and seeing great results on the scale! YAY!

Hello x49!! YAY!!! Finally made it out of the 50s...at least my first little milestone. 50, I shall see you again in 100 lbs...but until then....good riddance! ;)
