So my weight continues to go in the good direction. I've been lighter than this before by about 20 pounds but when I did that cut it felt like I was holding on by my fingernails. This one feels more sustainable. Mostly because I'm not starving. In fact I'm eating like a pig. I have no idea where my daily calorie count is. I only watch my carbs. Trying to stay under 150g on bad days and around 100 if I'm paying more attention on the day.

The replacement foods I've found for my addictions (Mr noodles (replaced by konjac noodles and instant chicken stock) and Doritos (replaced by nacho flavoured pork rinds) ) make it so I don't miss them.

The real changes in eating has been no bread, wheat noodles and potatoes. Aside from the above replacements I've not really tried to replace bread and potatoes aside from using lettuce to wrap my sandwiches. I hope this trend continues because it doesn't really seem real.

So, this isn't really a weigh in. I haven't checked that since the last one I posted. I just wanted to talk about my dinner tonight. I kinda wanna call it keto Mr noodles. These things mimic instant ramen without the carbs or calories. How'd I do it? 1, 200g package of miracle noodles (the spaghetti variety) rinsed off like the packaging tells you to. then I put 4 cups (1000 ml, or a pint if your nasty lol) of water in the electric kettle to boil. Then in the bowl I'm going to eat it in ( for me cuz I'm a savage it's an 8 and a half cup clear plastic bowl by Tupperware ) I put 2 heaping tablespoons of Knorr chicken stock (not the broth powder but the stock powder to me it tastes better) powder. once the water boils dump it into the bowl over the stock powder and stir til the powder dissolves. Then dump the miracle noodles in the stock to warm through. Grab a preferred eating utensil and enjoy. The whole thing is 70 calories and like 20 carbs.

Compare that to Mr noodles being 60 grams of carbs and 380 calories per pack (and when I ate them I would always make 2 packs so that's 120g of carbs and 760 calories) No brainer eh. So if your a ramen addict like I am these things make it possible to have it and not blow your diet to hell. I love it.
