Staying focused is one of the most important tools in weight loss and it's the most difficult skill to master. Once it's mastered, then the rest is easy.
I have a personal trainer who keeps me focus on my workouts, but I am struggling with the food aspect. Although I am staying under my recommended calorie intake, I am making bad food choices. I think once I conqueor that I will be on my track to accomplishing my fitness goals.
