Whoop - 13 lbs - first week of induction :)))))
OW , just reading through all my old journal entries when lost on Atkins 4 years ago. Its inspiring to see me change and lose and feel so free , but its also good to see that I have learnt from my mistakes, I am not doing any bars or shakes this time and i have given up alcohol. It was also lovely to see the support that I got from my online friends at them time .. I have lost touch , are any of you still here?

Well, tomorrow I re-start Atkins again after losing 4 stone in 2010. I have slowly put it all back on ... blah blah ... usual story. I have been in the contemplative stage of thinking about starting weight loss again for a while , but now Im ready and tomorrow is the day! I chose to do Atkins again, as I know that I need to really curb the amount of sugar / cakes / carbs that I eat. They are my problem. I need to re-boot and start fresh. I am going to take 1 day a time. I hope that this site is such a great resource to me as it was many years ago!
