one of my favorite workout. rowing.
bayangin punggung kita adl 1 kertas kanvas yg kita bs gambar apapun diatasnya. imagine that. every workout you do draws different lines. garis yg akan membuat 1 gambar keren di punggung mu.

hasil 1.5 thn weightlifting bulk and cut phase. so far masi cut. still have to lose more couple pounds of bodyfat.
