Been using this site a few weeks now, i so so know im doing good because of it.!!!!
Since Monday i have been in pain with my back, wish itll go away so i can start exercising,
i am working on drinking 8 glasses of water a day .
will measure and weigh myself tues!!! i cant wait!!!

ok, so not sure if this is good or not BUT i measured myself today ... i lost a half an inch, doesnt seem like much, but in a week has to be good!!! if i can lost half a week means 2 inches a month !!

this low carb diet i so easy and fun !!! i love surfing internet for new recipes. i just worry im getting too much fat,,,
