Started the day with mim and 2 pieces of bacon a great start. I have been holding true to my meal plan and feeling proud of myself. I hope the scale shows good results....weigh in on Thursday.

I know one of the secrets of success is planning ahead. I am planning my meals a day ahead and stick to the plan......it takes a little time but so worth it...it helps to eliminate that spur of the moment grab and munch. It will be another great day 😁

Thanks to cauliflower for making my day great...I use it for my potatoes and so many ways...I love the stuff. Blood glucose down from 22.5 to 15.1 in just 3 days....it may be crazy but I already feel better. I have never been great at sticking to a plan...on a 5 day plan I'm lucky I make it to noon. Its strange how some of us have to reach a health crisis before we make the move to eat healthly. Its never to late to make a new committment to live well and enjoy life.😃

Yesterday was great and today will be the same. I really need to do this my health has taken a nose dive ...I have sleep apnea for years now diabetes and I know losing the weight will make a big difference. Isnt it funny how we know what we need to do to be healthy and happy but choose the cupcake over that... makes no sense.😕
