Well I worked mid-nights last night and did pretty good last night but today I finally gave in and had my piece of cake and ice cream oh well it was good but not as good as I imagined it. Go figure. The day after I work mid-nights I am finding is my weakest point. I just don't have the will power but I will pick myself up and dust myself off. I thought about it before eating it so that is a start. I ate really weird today! Tomorrows a new day!

Well I got through yesterday's birthday celebration I had 1 glass of wine ok maybe 1.5 but no cake and no ice cream my downfall is ice cream I did not even eat my whole steak I was too full. Yeah girl good choices! Now onto getting more exercise.

Well at least I am losing something happy about that. I just have to keep writing down what goes in the mouth to keep me honest. I also need to amp up my workout, which right now won't be hard to do since I am not doing very much activity. Tonight back to mid-nights had a few days off like 5. It is so hard to go back and forth between living the normal life and then switching to mid-nights. Fortunately not too many more left probably just through March then I'll start my new job 9-5 mon-fri yeah!. Well I better go eat something I'm hungry and it's 11 am. talk to u later.
