Yeah! Lost 3 of the 5 pounds I gained over the weekend in ONE DAY! That's why I didn't stress about the weight gain & FREE weekend...YOLI is so forgiving!! I love that I am helping achieve a Better Body & that the weight loss is a SIDE EFFECT!! I ♥ the way I feel! Yoli was the absolute best decision I made in my life. I've never been so excited to share this amazing lifestyle!

5 pound gain in 3 days.
Big learning curve this weekend tailgating at Penn State.
1) I forgot my phone at home to track my food intake all weekend.
2) I need to measure out my food choices & keep it separate, so that I know exactly how much I actually consumed. I snacked & picked all weekend. At 1:00 AM Friday night I splurged & had 2 slices of pizza. I did want wings to stay on the low carb side, but at that time of the night on University Ave at Happy Valley Brother's Pizza was limited to pizza, pizza, or pizza. That was the first pizza I had since starting Yoli 3 months ago. Next time I'll just pull off the cheese.
I did good with drinks for the most part. I had light beer, vodka & tequilla (not all at the same time! LOL) The only time I was weak was when I was offered beer at a friend's tailgate.
3) I did try to drink more water, but could have drank even more.
I know not to freak out. These "Free Weekends" help jump start my metabolism & the couple pounds gain will be just a memory by next weekend.

Slow, but steady wins the race!
Down to my lowest, but away at Penn State for football tailgating. In addition to my Yoli Shakes, Energy Drinks, Alkalete, & Pure, I've prepared low carb food & snacks(Chili, Pulled Pork, Buffalo Chicken Dip, Ring Bologna, Cheese, Pork Rinds). Also getting low carb beer & cocktail drinks.
Looking forward to a great weekend!

I dislike these colder mornings. So hard to get out of bed & I need to wipe down my heaters before turning on the heat, which I don't want to do until October. I had to sleep in long shirt & pants (even socks!) last night. Wish I weren't such a cold baby. Yesterday I told Codey, my 18 yo, that I want to move to Hawaii (never been west of the Mississippi, and he replied, "How about New Mexico?" Don't know where that came from. LOL
Anyway, I've got to get my butt out of bed to get my workout & shower in before school.
