I am going back to my points- seems to me the calorie count and points count is off on this site- so I am going back to doing 20- 18 points a day with 35 float- seems to be what works best-

I ran 3 miles on Saturday, Sunday I did some P90X- and today I brought my gym cloths to work to get in a 30 min run on the tread mill- I really really really want to be at 135- I don't think I have been that small since my 20's- we will see how long I stick with it considering the scale not moving at all- :d

I have moved my scale into my husbands office so I can't wiegh myself 10 times a day- it was effecting me and I was out of control- Once a week- I will move it out on Weds night and weight in on Thursday morning- heavy sigh- but It is killing me not to get on this morning- I really worked hard yesterday with my 3 mile run- wanted to go again today but we have snow- so I will try to get a tape in before we leave for the party-

I don't understand at all- I have working out- eating right and NOTHING- no movement on the scale at all- I am enjoying the workouts- so I will keep trying but it really it is so upsetting

Mixed feelings today- went out for dinner and was very good about my choices- had kids meal, had salad, did all the right stuff and still had a great time- came home- did house work and then worked out- I must be honest, I didn't really PUSH myself but I did do more moving than usual- but NO movement on the scale at all- been working out all week- and no dip in numbers
I am wearing a pair of jeans I haven't had on for a year so that is another plus- guess I need to just stop weighing myself all together- :)
