My hair is blue! I love it!
Yesterday my husband and I decided to get SERIOUS again. And basically spend most of our time focused on healthy eating and losing weight. Quit smoking yesterday. Quit drinking as of this week (new rule: 3 drinks max, 1 day per week only).
And back on the "Diet Solution" which is how we lost weight before the wedding. I have to go back and re-read my books but from what I remember it's somewhat like the South Beach Diet, with healthy proteins and lots of veggies and no breads and pasta. It worked for us before. Everything else has not really worked.
Oh and I was doing yoga in the morning, I should get back into that too.

I feel faaaabulous today! (New hot-pink cat-eye leopard-print glasses. They do wonders for my confidence.)
Going to go eat lunch, first real health decision to be made today. Go healthy choices!
