Well it always seems like I get off track on the weekends. Either I forget to eat the "right" foods, like making sure you get 6-8 glasses of water or two milks, etc. Or I forget to record everything I'm eating. It seems I get so busy on weekends trying to catch up that I don't have the time. I know, this is important and I need to make the time, I guess its baby steps...at least I'm doing better during the week.
I've set myself a mini goal to lose 30 pounds by April when we go to Disney. I was happy to see I've lost 10.5 pounds thus far and am 1/3 of the way there. Doing the happy dance. =)
