Got my appetite back! Unfortunately I’ve been hoovering up the leftover Christmas food. I’ve thrown or given away chocolates, mince pies, a huge slab of Christmas cake and more. Still ate far too much sweet stuff last week. It would’ve been worse but I’ve picked up a stomach bug so couldn’t eat yesterday. At least when it’s gone it’s gone. My other half has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure so healthy low fat and sugar foods in the cupboards from now on. It selfishly makes it much easier for me too.

Didn’t expect any drop this week but still not much of an appetite. Just finishing a course of antibiotics and feeling much better.

Not as great as it looks. I’ve been ill with a nasty chest infection since Christmas Day evening. Still don’t seem to be getting any better. Hopefully I can speak to someone at my doctors tomorrow who can help.
