I was pleasantly surprised when I saw my calorie total for yesterday. I went to bed thinking it was much more. My weight is down a bit but I'm not going to record it just yet. I will wait for a full week.
BF meal: grapefruit
BF Time: 3:30pm
Eating window ended: 6:30 pm
Calories: 1230
Carbs: 124
Exercise: Taught a 1 hour class

Grrrr!!! 152.8
I've got to get my act together. Starting clean today. Yesterday is yesterday. Today and tomorrow are what counts =)
I believe my downfall is that I now have more time on my hands and it's harder to not to over eat.
So I've got to get a better game plan on my time management and playing on FB does NOT count, lol.
The following is what I want to keep track of:

March 10th - 154lbs
My weight is still the same and I'm not upset. I'm finding the Paleo/Primal WOE very interesting and I'm contemplating in incorporating it into my IF. I was LCing, but I feel as though I'm missing something. I should be finished with the Primal Blueprint by the end of the week.
