My day seemed long but I'm thinking it was just a lack of water. Left for work at 9am and got home at 11pm typical Sunday for me so it shouldn't feel bad. But my legs are throbbing :o( just drank 32 oz of water now going to bed.. yep probably be up shortly but going to try to sleep... Have a 4am wake up to go see my sweety :o) yeah.. So worth the lack of sleep but a promise to myself to DRINK MORE WATER tomorrow. Night everyone..
notes on homemade protein bars tomorrow.. SOOOO good.. pumpkin and chocolate chip.. hopefully I'll be home early tomorrow night.

Did 3 Chin ups YEAHHHHHH ME!!!
was not planning on a workout as a matter of fact was heading to the bathroom before bed.. but upon looking at the pull up bar in the door way I decided wtf and reached up grabbed hold and I'll be jiggered if I didn't manage to pump out 3 chin ups.. WOO HOO yes a PB for me recently as I haven't been trying to do them lately. that prompted the picking up of some dumbbells and a full arm workout.. now I'm kinda not sleepy.. hmmm oh well off to try to sleep.. lol just had to share..

Did rather well today..
But really need to figure out how to eat more often at work.. this getting there at 10 and not eating til 5 has got to go away.. just don't have the time.. seems funny because its a restaurant but even when I bring my own food there is just not the time to stop and eat. my body will not shed this fat if I don't eat more often. :o( But my running is good and workouts are good. really hoping to put on some size in the next few months while cutting layers of fat off. Wish me luck as I pull out the INSANITY dvds once more and TURN IT UP!!!

GREAT DAYS Recently
So I've started running and am enjoying it more and more everyday as I can run further and further without the walking in between.. today on the first mile.. well my bladder got the best of me so we won't go there.. but on mile 2 I did it in 11min and 47 seconds and only walked twice for 15sec and once for a min.. other than that it was at a jog.. yes slow jog but its the consistency of the pace that I need to set. I'm very much a sprinter and the slower pace will allow me to achieve a further distance and I can speed up as I go. I've also been lifting a lot heavier again and was excited to be curling my heavy dumbells.. managed 30s for 2 reps so stuck with the 20s for most of the workout. but I can do it and that excites me.
My passion is fitness and I really want to help others and this excites me so much as I know a lot of you know P90X, Insanity and Turbo Jam they are awesome programs and have changed my life forever. I've lost 76lbs and continue to lose and my motivation is these programs.. they are reality.
