I really need to just HIDE my scale. I am noticing that I'm on this scale everyday. I'm also noticing about myself that my reasons for losing the weight (to be healthy, more energy), I'm losing touch of that. I want results and I want to be thinner and stay thin but not the expense of me. Yes, the weight is coming off and I work really hard and have made A LOT of healthy changes in my lifestyle and eating, but I REFUSE to be consumed with losing weight and reaching a "number"....that's crazy. Get it together!

Considering the fact that I gained 5 pounds over the Memorial Day Holiday and lost 4 pounds of it this week....I'm pround of myself!

I think the only reason why I am not "losing" the weight is because of the different hormonal changes that is going on in my body. However, I think that it is so awesome that I have been exercising and despite the hormonal imbalances because of "Aunt Flow" and the fact that she hasn't come to see me in years...the fact that she is here may be a good sign that my body is getting healthy for everything for function properly....this is really exciting!

well this week....I noticed that when I was stressed I ate again, but I did not eat as much as I have in the past. Plus there were like two days that I really didn't work out. That was a bummer, but I am noticing that I am really starting to get addicted to working out.

Is back on the scene....I am soo motivated right now. I had a moment with myself and nothing was going to stop me from accomplishing my goals. I have surrounded myself with people who have a healthy lifestyle and is not seditary. I am accomplishing my goals and it is so exciting to see that line go down.
