Avena en agua con canela y splenda, y pueden agregar un chorrito de leche al gusto:
40 gr de avena (peso en seco)
50 gr plátano (no tan maduro)
20 gr crema cacahuate
Y algunas berries y chía para decorar.
De pre-entreno o desayuno😋.
