It's not really motivating to put all this stuff down when I have to keep adjusting the thing. I had a bite of a nugget and I have to figure out the math. I don't need much more than a bite because chocolate makes me sick if I eat too much. Anyway it's a fourth of one piece. The point is, life is easier when I don't have to complicate it with these math problems.

Today was weird... I forgot to eat (again) until 330 pm then I started cooking and well I ate a lot... I'm still stuffed so I think I'm just having the one meal today. Probably not healthy but I wonder if I can do this at work... is this the intermittent fasting thing? What's the right formula?

Not the best of choices for food today but I'm staying within my calorie allotment. Today I put a palm out measure between me and my pants belt. I know I'm losing inches! My palm is at least three. I'm scared to measure though because I don't want to see it's still the same and I just have old pants... Anyway, I'm sleepy today, hence bad choices.
It's true what they say... if you don't sleep you'll starve... oy...! But I have so much to do!

So I had dinner super late last night but didn't wake up starving as usual, which is odd, but anyway, today I'm just "not into it" and my guess is, I'm still full from last night. That's fine. Not pushing it, I'll eat if I get hungry. I don't want to over stuff myself. But this is good, getting used to less calories is always a good thing. :)
Hubs asked if I wanted taco bell and I said NO. I'm feeling proud! :D Fast food is a choice now, not a must, not really an option that I feel deprived of, it's a complete choice and I said NO and was OK with that. It's taken a long time to get here! I feel good today!
OK so I'm sore from the work out last night too and this AM/Lunch but otherwise great! :D

I guess having a cold also helps you lose weight... haven't recorded jack because I've been mostly passed out the last few days!
