Mom still in hospital. I sure am walking ALLOT!
Lung infection possible and acid in her blood. We are still waiting for full test results.
Bought myself some "friendly" food for while I am staying at Mom's. Going get into my "home" routine and make my breakfast and lunch tonight.

It has been a crazy couple of days. To make it short, up at 3 a.m. THURS. and FRI. for work and then both days packed with Dr. appointments for Mom.
She is back in hospital so kind of curtailed my new start to Atkins but did not go too far off track.

I have been following the Atkins lifestyle since May 13. I fell off the wagon in July and now getting back on track again. I have 35 pounds to lose so hope this helps me track my calorie intake.
