So...I have begun to make water my main drink of choice...and that's the good news!
The bad news is that yesterday after horsing around with my dogs in our computer room, I kicked my computer chair and sliced open a toe with a toenail, and it hurts so bad when I walk. I am pretty heavy so with this injury I don't need to put a lot of weight on it...I am sad because I was excited about getting back on the treadmill.
I hope it is not broken, and I hope the pain goes away, because I cannot deal with anymore setbacks :(

I just had an early breakfast: Special K Oats & Honey, 3/4 cup x 2 with Skim milk. I did well yesterday, until my husband wanted to go to Taco Bell at like 9 p.m....
At that point I was just bored and wound up eating a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and one soft taco. It was 700 calories I did not need, making my daily caloric value over 2500. :(
I am saddened by this. My daily intake would have been 1800-ish if there were no Taco Bell food on there.
However, I will not beat myself up for this. I attended an intensive outpatient eating disorder therapy group for 6 months, and I will try and remember all that I learned. I know that life is a continuing thing, and its never too late to try again. That's what the gift of a new day is. So, I am going to pick myself up and dust off and be hopeful, for today I am adding my exercise again! See, there is always something positive to think on, if you look. :)

Today I have had lots of aches and pains with this period! However, it is slowly coming to an end, which means tomorrow I am back on the treadmill! I am going to be doing 3 (10 min.) sessions on the treadmill throughout the course of the day, and I will also be drinking water more so than before. Caloric intake was dramatically reduced today, and although I had a lot of carbs, I have still made a lot of improvement, so I am proud!
I hope everyone is having a good evening. Tomorrow is Friday! I am unemployed so that means nothing to me, lol, but it may soon. I am full of confidence, and happier now. I must love the me that I am now, this girl will not move on until her presence has been properly recognized. Once I can do this, she will move on...and I will be thin again.

I have gained like 16lbs or more since I joined this site last year. Right now my periods are irregular because of obesity and PCOS. I only have one when induced by a Provera hormone pill which I take every other month. This is not exactly the picture of ideal health, as we all know. Since my period is so heavy I cannot exercise today, like I attempted to begin to get back to again a few days before this period began. Tonight I have Church so I will find support there. Also, I see my Pdoc today and that will make me feel better.
Its these emails from Fatsecret that make me try. 80lbs to go shows up in my inbox now and then, and although I don't always act on my intentions, I am reminded of my goal. Thank you Fatsecret for being there!!! :)
I am going to start anew. AGAIN. But we all must pick up where we left off now and then. I can at least watch what I eat for now! :)
