Well, I'm back in the 150s! Whoooo Hoooo! I'm barely in there but let's sweep right through them and into the 140s. I'm ready!

Yes! 2.2 pounds in 3 days! I was starting to get a little worried. But the scale moved this morning! I guess that's why it's not recommended to hop on the scale until phase 1 is over. But I need the motivation to keep going. Now I'm motivated and determined. Watch out now. Now let's get these workouts started, I need to make the time seriously.

Is on Day 3 of Fat Smash Diet Phase 1! I eat alot during the day. For example yesterday's menu was the following:

1 cups of yam fries
6 oz. yogurt w/ 1 cup of blackberries
4 egg whites
1 clementine
2 cups of steamed cabbage
1 cup of eggplant stew w/8 oz. tofu pasta
1 apple
0.5 cup apple sauce

I spread out items to have 4 meals and 2 snacks every 2 hours so I was never hungry!
