Going to start doing the Prism program this Friday. Going shopping tomorrow and plan ahead my meals. I did this program once before and it worked well for me. I just need a fresh start and a sugar free plan.

Well I heard from someone to not wait to start weight loss later, but today. Still having a hard time losing the weight. I know I have not been recording what I eat. That has to change. I lost a lot of weight a few years ago on the Prism plan. I just do not want to be on a diet for my whole life. I think if I just used a few of the ideas from that plan it might work.
