Still hovering at 185. which I'm ok with as I broke my arm on July 5th and then had a work trip to Vegas where all the restaurants our team went to were particularly unhealthy.

Getting back on my low carb now that I'm home and picking up my low carb lunches from Snap Kitchen on Tuesday! :)

Hoping to take walks again with the dog to keep active, but jogging is out of the question with the arm (no cast on as it's a radial head fracture - I need to keep my elbow moving).
