Had a free (very free!) day yesterday, but weight still down! Yay! Last day visiting family and travelling tomorrow, so going to try and fast back-to-back on Thursday and Friday prior to my birthday on Saturday. Let's see how it goes. x

Fasted yesterday with two bowls of delish veggie soup. Definitely came in at less than 500 cals for the day. Weight dropped quite beautifully overnight, but it's expected as I have quite a bit to lose and first fast in ages. I know it will become less and steady out. That's fine too! Do want to shed the first 5kg pronto though!! Last fasted properly with results two years ago. It's time to really get into it and stay with it! Let's go.
