Me and mom just went to the store. We're preparing for out diet, starting 6/19/2017. We bought ingredients for salads, and we bought a frozen fruit and vegetable blend for smoothies! We're hoping to sneak some vegetables in my brothers food (He hates veggies), too, even though he's not dieting with us.

Went to an amusement park today. I did a lot of standing and walking, so I logged it all. I also went to the park and did some fast walking along a jogging trail. I did lots of exersize to make up for the two days I didn't exersize. 😄😷😋😌 Been eating healthier, but I have splurged. (🍨🍧🍪🍰🍩🍦🍬🍭🍫🍕🍟🍣🍔) lol maybe not that much tho.
