Bought an Ab Coaster this week, which I put together on Sunday. I bought it because I have a lot of back problems (none of which I am ready to subject to surgery!) Every one of my doctors have advised me to build up my core, or my back will continue to get worse, and I am way more likely to fall.
Three days in and I am happy to report that my abs are killing me!! 😁And the best part about it is there is no additional pain in my back!! Yay!!
