Only 1lb higher. i guess it is fine. i know i didnt try my best these two days but i am happy with everything:) every day reporting is making me stay under control.

Yesterday i shared an ice cream with my sister, today i will not measure my weight becuz i am sure it won't be as low as yesterday and i don't want this to demotivate me. I decided to have a tuna salad today at work for lunch in order to get back on track. i want to weight myself tom morning and i need it to be as yesterday.
I know everyone says it is bad to measure the weight every morning, but for me, as it is a motivation, i guess it can't do any harm.

i am excited for the photoshoot competition
today at work. i hope i will win. hopefully when it is done i will post it here for my buddies:)
Still going steady with the weight loss. i should maintain my control and not waste my effort.
i want to encourage specificaly my buddies Wiener, Rockytu, and Cathy. let us all make this week a special fatsecret week and try to celebrate some weight loss:)
