Back continues to be sore, performed weighted sit ups during yesterdays work out in addition to running intervals up hill and other exercises. Due to picking son up from camp everyday this week will miss actual gym work outs until Friday so to rest back a little I will do only stretching for the next three days and then a light workout on Friday before a weekend rest and hopefully by next Monday I will have recovered from the back soreness.

On Friday 9 June I did an extremely hard workout and within an hour of leaving gym got an intense pain in the lower back, so much so I could barely move without pain Friday and most of Sat, on Sunday I felt a little better but though it prudent to take it easy and not strain it again. Because I my zealousness at the gym I failed I the push up challenge. Once my back heals at a minimum I will complete the rest of the days.

Good day, still at 1200 cals but was able to break it up to lots of different foods, had a little over 200+ left in the evening made my self an iced milkshake, 1Tbls of Hershey chocolate syrup, 8oz of milk, 1/2 scoop of chocolate protein, fill glass with ice and crush. Awesome, knocks the need for sweets urge right out.
Work outs have been productive all week, dropped another 1.5lbs since last week.
