Yesterday & today I rested, no exercise, but today was mainly because it was a SUCKY day and I had a massive headache for most of the day. I finally broke down and bought some Advil [[ I'm not supposed to take NSAIDS ]], dark chocolate & took some tylenol.... Finally kicked the headache. oy, headaches drain the life out of your day!
Tomorrow I plan on walking again.... :D can't wait!

So I am ok with weighing in now... My scale on here will show I'm up BUT, I gained some weight due to muscle and now the numbers on the scale are coming back down.... so this is great!!
Last night we went on a walk across town and I'm wooped. lol We walked atleast 4 miles.... the ladies I walked with were So much fun and I can't wait until the next time!!!

Today I walked 1 Hour on the treadmill... that's a first. I'm pooped... I don't know how often that will happen but I'm glad I made it. lol
On top of doing the treadmill, we went downtown for the festival and walked around for about an hour until the heavens let loose and down poured!
How long will I see muscle weight gain until it starts coming back down?

Well, today I felt crummy all day and last night I was having chills and a low grade fever. Why? No clue. I believe I was beyond tired because yesterday we had to go to SC for a funeral.... emotional strains take such a toll on the body. I didn't exercise today, I just rested. Plus I felt weak in my chest and have had a headache for most of the day. I figured that God rested after creation, I'm allowed a day of rest once in a while! :) On a lighter note, I have organized a walking group once a week with the ladies from my new church. I'm so excited to get with them!

I've noticed that every time I start exercising, I gain a few pounds, get discouraged and stop. Does anyone else gain weight? I just read an article about how your body has to "recalibrate" to what you are doing. Anyone got supportive words?
