Best lunch ever! 1 mission carb balance flour tortilla (15 g of fiber), Hormel natural choice honey ham, lettuce, tomatoe, 1 T Ranch dressing, 1T light Italian dressing. Stuff everthing in tortilla and yum! Under 300 cal. You could add red onion, bell peppers, cokes, whatever you like.

Love the Mission Carb Balance flour tortillas! They have 15g of fiber! 5g protein. I put some lean beef, cooked onions, and other veggies in them and fry in non-stick pan lightly wiped with oil. You can also add a little cheese. Served with salsa and low-fat sour cream. Yummy, filling, and good for you. You can add pinto beans or anything else your heart desires.
