This social isolation has me 🤪. I’ve got to get it together!

I’m feeling dis-hearted.
I’m slowing gaining my weight back. It’s my fault.
I’m still making good food choices.
But, I was released from PT (total knee replacement) and I haven’t gotten into a gym to keep it going.
I will though! I have a conference next. So, when I get back!!!! I will meet my goal!!!

I plan is to weigh in every five days first thing in the morning.
Interesting thing I found out. Wearing clothes and shoes adds a little over 7 pounds to my weight 😂

First goal weight met!!!
Now to set a new goal!
160 is next! Then I’ll plan to hold steady .

Staying away from pasta, breads and refined sugars as much as possible.
