Really what happened was I switched to a whole food plant based diet and that made me well enough to kick my depression meds. Sertraline had me chronically fatigued and I put on SO much weight...more than just fatigue can account for. I switched to pristique which alleviated the fatigue but not much weight change, even with a significant calorie deficit. The pristique at least made it possible for me to use any amount of discipline around food, and plant based was made possible. After being off the meds, I ate so much plant based food, like being more than full very often, but the weight kept coming off. After a vacation and dating a vegetarian, cheese has found a regular place back on my life. It’s time for it to go. Plant based keto here I come! Until the last of the weight is off.

6 weeks to lose 5 pounds! Then I'll be at my only logged weight for 2015...before I massively gained. So EXCITED to be coming back to square 1.
