It was a terrible morning/afternoon for me 😭 I have Fibromyaliga & arthritis so some days can be very difficult. That being said I have had a great day, so far, on my calories, plus I have a 7 month old puppy so whether or not I like it, I must play & run around with her 🤗 so I did my best. Hope it's been a great day for everyone here!!!

I made a large pot of onion soup so here is one version I made for dinner tonight: added water, diced tomatoes, kale, homemade hummus & sesame seeds. Was very tasty, lots of vitamins & I am pleased at how nice the onion soup is....always better next day

It looks like my sweet potato hot dog dish has gotten a lot of likes so here is the recipe:
8 oz sweet potato
1.5 light life smart dogs = 63 grams
1 tsp of grapeseed oil
33 g of raw sweet red pepper
30 g chopped raw seedless tomato pieces
31 g avocado
71 g fat free and sugar free Greek yogurt
13 g of scallion/green onion
I microwave the sweet potato, I fried up the hot dogs with roasted garlic red pepper spice (from Club House) then I assembled.

I hope any dishes I post will help someone who may be stuck for inspiration or just stuck in a rut with the same food. I am always happy to help anyone - I am a restaurant/hotel person so anything I can do to make meals a little easier for you, please let me know. I am a pescatarian so I do not eat land animals.
