Weight loss after eating two pork chops, salad with light vinaigrette dressing, marinaded artichokes, a bottle of red wine, half a bottle of white wine and a worlds finest chocolate candy bar. I feel good, not as good as when I’m disciplined but good. Today I’m back in fashion.

Feeling a little tired but maintaining good spirits. I feel like I’m getting used to the feeling of high protein and fasting.

Feeling great! Last nights dinner included acorn squash which contains high sugars which is reflected in this morning’s weigh in. I’ll cut sugars to less that 7g and keep carbs to a minimum under 50g today.

Increased my H2O, with LMNT and I’m feeling much better! My weight dropped over 2lbs and I’m feeling good.
