I’ve taken a bit of a break from FatSecret because I couldn’t handle everything life was throwing me. But I’m going to try this again. Thanks for your support. I’ll start posting pics again tomorrow.

I've been too overwhelmed to track everything and participate here for over a week. I'm really really struggling with tracking and setting goals without becoming obsessive and to the point that I will deprive myself food until I pass out because I have to be 100% perfect. Anybody else have similar struggles? Thoughts?

I finished my first week here on FatSecret. The scale has gone down a little, and even though I still have a bit of a ponchy gut, it's getting smaller. And FYI, this is my first picture sitting down (which always makes me look chubbier).
I am starting to feel the tiredness and the caloric deficit hit hard. Any tips? I'm feel like I'm just running on nothing.
