Good Morning!!
I pray everyone is having a great week!!
It just dawned on me that it is very possible to hit my 50 pounds lost goal before the year ends!!!
Only 4 more pounds to go!! I CAN DO THIS!! 50 Pounds in 6 months?? And, better health (more energy, no more migraines, chronic cough, or ANY COMMON COLD??)
It feels AMAZING!!

Happy Friday!!
Feeling great & ready for a fabulous weekend!! Have a Yoli Training tomorrow followed by a Christmas & Awards banquet in the evening. So blessed to be able to help others achieve optimal health & wellness! Followed up with a huge Yoli Better Body Party on Sunday to help someone get started with her Yoli Biz!!
Even getting my hair done & put in an up-do for the first time! It's been 15 months since I've had a cut or color. Looking forward to dressing in the sexy dress I found in a bag in my closet!! My sister gave it to me about 2 years ago & I never looked inside because I knew all the clothes were too small, but not any more!! WooHoo!!

Hi!
I did well for Thanksgiving. Enjoyed foods I normally don't: potato filling, corn, pumpkin roll. Surprisingly, I was able to omit the gravy!
Still trying to make exercise habit, but I know I can do this!
20 pounds to goal.

Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!
Make it the best ever!
Down in weight to another decade ~ 150's!!!
Took a long time, but slow & steady wins the race!!
Realized my body needs those fruits & veghies I haven't been good about including as I should.
Made crustless Pumpkin Pie with Splenda & it's AWESOME!! I even have been putting a sliver of it into my YES Vanilla Protein Shakes! So yummy & hits the spot!!
I'm a little concernef about tomorrow, as I'm sure many of you are. What are your strategies to avoid overeating or snacking all day??
I'm going to take extra protein shakes along to enjoy. 30 minutes before our main meal & supper to help curb my appetite.
And load up on Alkalete before going to bed tomorrow to help attack the extra fatty foods.
